　　In January, 2015, Xi’an Xulong, a subsidiary of China Security & Fire Technology Co., Ltd., was awarded with a badge of honor – "Keeping Promises and Contracts, Offering High Quality Services" by Xianyang Smart City Command Center, as a result of its prominent performance in the Xianyang Smart City Digital Management project.

　　Xianyang Digital City Management project began in December 2012, and covers about 821.59 km2 in Xianyang. It includes both hardware and software in a basic operating environment, data construction, business application systems, operation management systems and video monitoring systems, and commenced a pilot run from September, 2013. So far, this digital city management system with its high standards has enhanced the city management’s problem identification rate from 85% in the traditional model to over 95%, and case closing rate from 80% to over 90%, greatly reducing damage to city facilities and cost of infrastructure facilities maintenance. It has also decreased total city management cost by 30% to 50%, and has promoted obvious benefits in city management. This digital city management grid system covers the entire Xianyang city area, and has transformed Xianyang’s information management from extensive to refined management, from traditional to scientific method, and created an atmosphere of universal participation, comprehensively improved the city management’s image and service level, and greatly enhanced city’s value and culture.

　　To implement the Xianyang Smart City Digital Management Project, Xi’an Xulong had to overcome numerous difficulties, including complicated system integration, higher construction standards and innumerable tasks, and it went ahead and safely and efficiently implemented the project while maintaining the highest quality.
